Art Santa Fe 2017: It All Starts Thursday

In Education, Events, Opening Night Preview Party

Be one of the first to check out the latest paintings, photography, sculpture, glassworks, and more at Art Santa Fe from 5 to 9 p.m. at Thursday’s Opening Night Preview Party. Sip a glass of Louis Jadot wine, indulge in tasty hors d’oeuvres, and enjoy an exclusive look at the array of art while mingling with the artists and fellow attendees. Plus, you’ll get first dibs on which pieces you want to take home with you—from an Amy Longcope painting to a Benjamin Schneider photograph to a Claire McArdle sculpture.

Specially Curated Projects
While you’re there, take a glimpse into “Lines of Thought,” the exciting exhibit currently running at the New Mexico Museum of Art, featuring works from a veritable “who’s who” of renowned artists through the centuries. Art Santa Fe is honored to host the museum at the show and share the importance of this exhibition, which offers a rare opportunity to better understand the thinking behind an artist’s drawing, comparing side-by-side drawings from master draftsmen and artists across five centuries. Three other Art Labs will also be showcasing their work at the Opening Night Preview Party.

Four-day Extravaganza
The party doesn’t stop Thursday night. We have a jam-packed show schedule full of exciting Meet the Artist sessions, engaging Art Talks, and immersive Art Labs. Make sure to visit the booths of our esteemed 2017 Spotlight Artists—Gary Kim, Gabriel Collazo and Angela Brooks of Collazo Collection, and Alfred Addo—and stop by the Louis Jadot Wine Lounge Friday and Saturday nights for a glass of wine before strolling aisle after aisle of contemporary artwork.

Get tickets to the Opening Night Preview Party here, and we’ll see you on opening night!
