This year the art at ART Santa Fe will not just be on view - some of it will be edible. Inside the Convention Center will be the elegant installation restaurant, Café Arte at the Fair. At this exclusive eatery, fair goers will be able to sit down in the quiet ambience of a fine restaurant, while still within the venue, not a step away from some of the finest art in the world. You’re invited to take a seat in this chic setting and enjoy the world-class fare provided by Santa Fe’s own renowned Walter Burke.

Savor the Lobster Salad in Avocado Crepe on a Bed of Tatsoi Microgreens or a Grilled Cubano Sandwich with Slow Roasted Pork, Sliced Ham, and Pickled Red Onions on Ciabatta served with Yukon Gold Potato Crisps. For a glorious finish, try the Mocha Pot Du Crème with Fresh Berries. Your meal may be accompanied by the fine wine of your choice. For those without the time or inclination for a relaxed, sit-down meal, a gourmet take-out menu will be available. Either way, culinary artistry at the Café Arte will provide a variety of dishes to enjoy for their color, creativity, and flavor.

With all of these epicurean delights (and more) on offer, Café Arte at ART Santa Fe promises to elevate the art of fine dining to suit the palates of even the most discerning connoisseurs.

The restaurant will be open daily July 16-18 from 11am until 3pm. For more information on the menu or to place reservations for Café Arte at the Fair, please call 505-473-9600.
