Last March, Patina co-owners and curators, Allison & Ivan Barnett, traveled to Europe for Munich’s annual Jewellery Week (Schmuck). In the gallery’s 20th year, they were on a quest to find 3-5 new artists at Schmuck to represent in the gallery. While there, they discovered more than 10 new soul-stirring makers for Patina. We are pleased to announce that their new works will be brought to Santa Fe for July’s curated exhibition, Unearthing New European Makers for 2019.

Working in a variety of jewelry styles and techniques, from traditional jewelry making to experimental, these artists from across Europe will be a compelling, contemporary collection of art jewelry, presented in a varied realm of works.
Works include that of German artist, Sarah Cossham (http://sarahcossham.de/), Swiss artist, Valentine Dubois (http://www.valentinedubois.com/) and Spanish artist, Lluís Comín (https://www.comin-joieriacreativa.com/en/), among others.

Join us as they make their debut into the Patina family.

“We were in search of great beauty, and what we found was an array of incredible, unusual and beautiful works from artists all over the continent…It’s new work we are confident our collectors will love, it’s work to expose to a new generation of Patina collectors and it’s perfect for our evolution into the next 20 years.” – Ivan Barnett, Director of Patina Gallery
